First, I want to thank everyone for signing up for swim team jobs. We are almost fully committed for a few meets. We do need 1 more clerk of course for this Saturday's away meet with Stratford.

Thank you for your feedback and flexibility with the new system. 

I have added a Head Timer to all home meets, added 1 more person for clerk of course (total 3), and adjusted the set-up time to 30 minutes before swimmers need to be at the pool (6:30 AM morning and 3:30 PM evening meets). Do we want a singer for the national anthem at home meets? 

Set up for home meets: I was told it was tough to set up with swimmers and parents coming for the warm-up at our time trial meet. Previously, we had the night before as a pre-set-up for a home meet; this system would not let me create a job the night before. 

If you sign up for set up for a home morning meet: 1) come to the pool the night before the meet close to closing (8 PM) and move furniture as needed (do not move Adirondack set); 2) try to come a bit before the warm-up to complete set up for the meet. I will work on a checklist for set up that I will laminate and leave in the closet.
