ACTION REQUIRED!

You must declare your swimmers for the meet whether they are going to swim or not. We have many swimmers still not declared!

Instructions: 

1. Log into SwimTopia 

2. Hover over "Schedule" tab 

3. Select "Meet & Events" 

4. Select "Meet Entry" button on the top event - Stratford vs Tavistock.
5. Select "Edit" 

6. Use the drop down for each swimmer in your family to select “Attending this Meet" or "Not Attending this Meet" 

7. If attending, also be sure to select events.
8. Click "Save" on the bottom 

**All meets are open for declarations and job sign ups. If you are sure of your schedule, go ahead and declare for the next few weeks if you would like.
