Reminder that EVERY SWIMMER needs to be declared for each swim meet whether they are swimming or not. Please log in to SwimTopia and make your declarations for Time Trials. Swimmers may swim in up to five individual events for Time Trials. Regular meets allow up to three individual events. The deadline to declare is Wednesday at 11:59pm. Step by step instructions provided below.

*Note - the meet name for Time Trials is "2025 TIME TRIALS (TFT)". The Dolphin Test Meet is for administrative purposes only and declarations are not needed.

Swim Meet Declaration Instructions

Go to The Ultimate Swim Management Software | SwimTopia

Click "Account" and log in.

Under the "Schedule" tab, click on "Meets & Events"

Find the desired meet, click "Meet Entry" then "Edit"

Use the drop down to select "Not Attending this Meet" or "Attending this Meet"

If not attending, click "Save" and you are done.

If attending, you will be given the event entry options. Swimmers are allowed to swim in up to three individual events which need to be selected here. *For Time Trials only swimmers are allowed to swim in up to five individual events*

Make a selection in the drop down on whether or not your swimmer is available for relays. 

Click "Save" and you're done!
