It was a great first week of practice and we are all so looking forward to Time Trials tomorrow!

Swimmers need to arrive at 7am for warm ups. When arriving at any meet please check in with the Check In Volunteer before doing anything else. Junior Coaches can direct you where to go if you can’t find the Check In Volunteer. 

Everyone will warm up in the water and the first event will start promptly at 8am.

We encourage swimmers to hang out in the team area between their events when possible.Looking forward to seeing you all tonight for the parade and at Time Trials tomorrow. Go Tsunamis!
