Please read all the way through. There is lots of important information!

Please declare your swimmers for Divisionals ASAP. We have until tomorrow (Wednesday) at midnight but there will be ABSOLUTLEY NO LATE ADDS for this meet. It's not even in our control for this one. Best to declare now so there is no worry about forgetting after the meet at Exeter tomorrow. If you have a swimmer that makes an All-Star qualification time tomorrow at the meet, we will help you make your changes for Divisionals before you leave the meet.

Swimmers may swim up three events. They must have an officially recorded time from this season for each event they are signed up for and they must have competed in at least two league sanctioned meets to be eligible.

There are no relays at this meet.

Junior Coaches will not be permitted in the water to help younger swimmers. If your swimmer won't go without one, please don't sign them up for this meet. 

If your swimmer has qualified in two or more events for All-Stars, they are not eligible to swim at this meet. We will notify you separately.

Potomac Crossing Pool  -  800 Ball's Bluff Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176

Parking: Please park in the church lot across the street. We will have some designated spots available in our immediate parking lot for concessions and we will have someone out there to help direct traffic. Do not park on the neighborhood streets, especially from the pool entrance of Balls Bluff Road to Battlefield Parkway, vehicles will be ticketed or towed. Overflow parking can be at Balls Bluff elementary school if needed which is next to the pool and parents can walk through the neighborhood to get to the pool!

Swimmer & Spectators: Each team will have a designated spot in the parking lot for swimmers and spectators. Tents are allowed to be set-up in the parking lot. Our deck is not very big, so we ask that parents come on for their swimmer's race and head back to their team area after. Parents can also set-up chairs along the fence of the pool if they would like to.

Officials & Timers’ Meetings

• Listen for announcements for calling of timers and officials and where to meet.
• We will assign timers for each lane and have a lanyard to hand-out to the volunteers.
• We will have chief judges to help the head ref and keep things moving along.
• We provide coolers with cold water for all officials during the meet.

Volunteers: Please have your volunteers check-in with Lisa who will be set-up at the volunteer table. Just wanted to note that we change volunteers out AFTER backstroke. You do not have to have your volunteers change out but just wanted to note that is something we do for our team.

Concessions: We will have Concessions available in the parking lot and we accept venmo!
