If your swimmer is planning to participate in Time Trials on Saturday, you MUST declare them by midnight tonight.

Declaring your swimmer is required whether they are participating or not. We have lots of families that have not declared their swimmers yet. 

Quick instructions:

Log in to SwimTopia

Hover over the "Schedule tab" and select "Meets & Events"

Scroll to 2026 Time Trials and click the "Meet Entry" button

Under each swimmer for your family select "Attending this meet" or "Not attending this meet" in the drop down.

If you are not attending, just click save and you are done.

If you ARE attending the available events will pop up and you must check the box for each event your child wants to swim.

You may get an additional pop up that says something about coach approval or not having swam the event before. Just click ok through that.

Once events are selected, click save and you are done.
