ARRIVE AT 7AM for team stretching and warmups! 

CHECK IN with the athlete check in volunteer. Double check your events and what relays, if any, you are swimming.
The meet begins promptly at 8AM. 

There will be no on deck adds and on deck scratches are not permitted unless there is an extenuating circumstance.
PARKING - the pool lot is reserved for the visiting team. Please park along Macalister, Santmyer and Tavistock. Absolutely no parking in the townhouse parking areas - cars parked there will be towed. 

Timers Meeting and Officials Briefing will be at 7:45. Listen for announcements.
The Tsunami spectator area is on the far side of the pool. The team area is the square are behind the clerks benches. We ask your swimmers to stay in the team area as much as possible so it’s easier for our Clerks of Course and Junior Coaches can find them when it’s time to line up for their events.
Concessions will be located on the pool deck. Venmo or cash payments accepted. There will be a variety of snacks, candy, hot food, cold drinks, and coffee. Hot food is first come, first served. 

*Please notice how awesome our concessions offerings are tomorrow. The offerings will be drastically reduced if no one steps up to co (or co-co) chair Concessions with Katie Timothy. If you volunteer to co-chair it will count as all five of your volunteer requirements for the season. A lot of what this job entails is done during non-meet hours so it is a perfect fit for many families. Please talk to me, Nikki or Katie for more details.
