This wait list registration is for Tavistock Residents only.

If you have any questions with the registration process, please let us know – it should be easy for both new and returning members.

Please read through the following announcements:

• We are excited to announce that we have a new dynamic duo of Head Coaches, Aiden LaFleur and Ethan Teames. These guys both hail from Leesburg and have competitive swimming backgrounds including ODSL, High School and Club swim. Assisting Coaches Aiden and Ethan will be Coach Betsy, Coach Siobhan and Coach Rick. There will be some changes to the Junior Coaching program - stay tuned for more information.
• We are a volunteer-led organization and are always looking for new volunteers! Please reach out to Betsy if you are interested in participating in the planning for the Tsunamis! Specifically, we need AT LEAST three more new Stroke and Turn officials!
• Team suits are not included this year. If your swimmer needs a new size or was not on the team last year, please purchase one. SwimOutlet and Amazon seem to have the best prices currently. The suit is brand/style is Speedo Disco Boom in color Team Royal Blue/Bright Green. Girls can wear either strap style and boys can wear either the jammer or brief style.
• Registration costs are $140 per swimmer for Tavistock residents. The number of nonresident swimmers is capped at 20% of the swim team per HOA rules. 
• No payment is due for a waitlist spot until when/if a spot is confirmed.
• This year we will continue to offer a sibling discount. Families will receive $15 off the fee for additional swimmers after the first child. This applies to both residents and non-residents.
• Please make sure to review the Volunteer requirement during the registration process; we can’t operate without every family’s participation. We require acknowledgement of the volunteer agreement and Swimmer Code of Conduct for each family/swimmer.
