Location: Exeter Pool, 350 Plaza St NE, Leesburg, VA 20176

Parking Details: Ample Primary and Overflow Parking is available. Primary parking is accessible from Plaza St, sections A on the map. Section B is overflow parking accessible from Plaza across the street from the pool. Section C is additional overflow parking accessible via Fieldstone Dr from Battlefield Pkwy. 

Entrance instructions: The entrance to the pool is through the pool house off Plaza St.

Theme: Our theme for this Meet is Neon/Glow party. You’re welcome to participate as well!

Wednesday Schedule:

Our Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 5:00PM

Warm ups for Exeter will be 5:10-5:30PM

Warmups for Tavistock will be 5:30-5:50PM, you may use all 6 lanes for warm ups

The Meet will start promptly at 6:00PM.

**Official briefings will occur at 5:30 pm. Immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 5:45 pm.

Team Staging Area: Please have swimmers find their team area on our Pool Deck. See the attached map for details. Tavistock can use the orange areas on the pool deck map.

Relays – we typically have time for all scheduled relay events during Wednesday dual meets, if the meet runs efficiently. Please plan on 1 heat per relay event, up to 3 teams each for both teams.

Officials List – As the home team, we will provide the head referee, the starter, 2 stroke and turn judges and 9 of the 18 timers. As the away team, please provide the remaining timers and stroke and turn judges.

Concessions – We will be selling concessions. We accept cash and Venmo (There is a $5 min on Venmo).
